Verstehen wir gut. Unsere Produkte sind kein Wegwerf-Spielzeug — sie sind handgefertigt, mit Pädagog:innen und Therapeut:innen entwickelt und auf jahrelange Nutzung ausgelegt. Viele unserer Kund:innen schreiben uns, dass ein einzelnes Buch eine ganze Spielzeugkiste ersetzt und über mehrere Entwicklungsphasen begleitet. Pro Monat Nutzung sind das oft nur wenige Euro — für etwas, das bleibt, wenn vieles andere längst aussortiert ist.

Sind die Materialien sicher für Babys und Kinder? +

Ja, ganz bewusst. Wir verwenden überwiegend OEKO-TEX®-zertifizierte Materialien und lassen unsere Produkte vom TÜV auf Sicherheit prüfen. Alle Kleinteile sind sicher vernäht. Auf neugierige Babymünder ist genauso geachtet wie auf kleine Hände, die ziehen und reißen.

Was kostet der Versand? +

Innerhalb Deutschlands ist der Versand ab 79 € kostenlos. Nach Österreich kostet er 7,90 € und entfällt ab einem Bestellwert von 120 €. In die Schweiz versenden wir für CHF 5,95, unabhängig vom Bestellwert. Anfallende Zollkosten in der Schweiz trägt der Empfänger.

Was, wenn ein kleines Teil verloren geht? +

Das passiert manchmal — gerade unterwegs. Deshalb gibt es bei uns einen Ersatzteilservice: Einzelne Elemente kannst du direkt nachbestellen. Damit ein Lieblingsprodukt nicht wegen eines fehlenden Kleinteils aussortiert werden muss.

Was, wenn das Produkt nicht überzeugt? +

Du hast 30 Tage Zeit, es in Ruhe auszuprobieren. Sollte es wirklich nicht passen, schickst du es einfach zurück und wir erstatten den Kaufpreis. Personalisierte Produkte sind von der Rückgabe ausgenommen — außer es liegt ein Fehler unsererseits vor.

Wie lange dauert die Lieferung — auch mit Personalisierung? +

Standard-Bestellungen liefern wir innerhalb von 2–4 Werktagen in Deutschland. Personalisierte Produkte brauchen 7–8 Werktage in Deutschland und 8–10 Werktage ins Ausland — jede Personalisierung wird einzeln und in Handarbeit ausgeführt.

Können eure Produkte personalisiert werden? +

Bei vielen unserer Produkte ist eine Personalisierung möglich. Quiet Books und Mini Quiet Books personalisieren wir mit eingesticktem Namen, Travel Buddies erhalten den Namen aufgedruckt. Andere Produkte sind nicht personalisierbar. Auf jeder Produktseite siehst du, ob und in welcher Form das jeweilige Produkt personalisiert werden kann.

Wie pflege und reinige ich das Produkt? +

Für kleine Flecken reicht meist ein feuchtes Tuch mit milder Seife. Für eine gründlichere Reinigung empfehlen wir Handwäsche bei lauwarmem Wasser und liegendes Trocknen — bitte nicht in die Waschmaschine und nicht in den Trockner, damit Stickereien, Klappen und Klett-Elemente lange schön bleiben.
